Myofascial Release Massage    This deep tissue, body work massage is a “pain relieving “ therapeutic one dedicated to the release of contracted muscles through trigger -point release therapy.

Swedish Massage is a relaxation massage that includes compression, range- of -motion stretches for the extremities.  It stimulates lymph drainage, increases circulation, lowers heart rate, and helps the client relax mind and body.

Lomi Lomi Massage is a Hawaiian relaxation massage with long flowing strokes while the therapist uses mostly forearm and hands it is a loving and gentle massage focused on flow of energy and the healing of mind and body.  (Hawaiian music optional)

Hot Stone Massage  For an additional $10.00  the therapist will use of smooth hot stones to help muscles release tension and promote healing.

Couples Massage is a relaxation massage given to a couple by two therapists.  Both therapists are in sync throughout the massage and combine movements to relax mind and body with soft music, candlelight, and romance in the air.

Aroma Therapy 

For an additional $10.00 the therapist will include the scent of various oils which will be added to the massage oil to enhance the sensation and the effect of the massage
